Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.


If the product delivered to the customer is defective and the defect is clearly shown in the images by customer service, the customer may not have to return the product and the need for a return will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Damage and Problems

Please inspect your order when you receive it, if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it. Save the shipping box and product box until the investigation is completed.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure that you get the item you need is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, please purchase a new item separately.


EU 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without excuse. As stated above, your goods must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us by email.


Pre-orders

You have the right to change your mind and receive a full refund at any time before the product is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, you can contact us within 30 days of receiving the product with your return request. As stated above, your goods must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refusal of Delivery

If an order is not collected at the customer collection point and is therefore returned to us, we reserve the right to charge 2 times the return shipping fee which will be deducted from the product refund.
